2018 Admission Application
We are currently taking applications for the Summer 2018 Program (6 July through 27 July). Students must be between 10-20 years at the time of the camp. In order to begin this process, please complete the following application and a member of our team will follow-up with you shortly. Each student must submit a separate application. The following criteria will be considered when evaluating applications for the Summer Camp – Yavapai Campus and the Elite Basketball Camp – Phoenix Host Families:
- Applicants must be able to live, act and be independent from their families for up to fours weeks.
- Applicants must be in good health such that they are able to participate in all activities.
- Applicants and/or their families must be financially able to meet the tuition and fee requirements of the program.
- Applicants must be able to obtain all necessary Visas required for travel to the USA.
- Applicants should not have a criminal record.
